Rincon joins from Google, where she spent nearly a decade leading key product areas, including shopping and assistant platforms. She also played a significant role in scaling global consumer products. Her experience spans product innovation, user engagement, and platform growth.
In her new role, she will report to Greg Joswiak, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Apple. She will lead marketing efforts for Apple’s expanding AI portfolio. This includes shaping how AI features are positioned across its ecosystem.
Push to Stay Competitive in the AI Race
The appointment comes as Apple accelerates its investments in artificial intelligence. The company is actively strengthening its AI teams and refining its long term strategy. It aims to compete more aggressively with rivals, rolling out advanced generative AI tools.
