Bathroom solutions brand GROHE has entered into a four-year strategic partnership with real estate developer Gaurs Group to provide premium bathroom solutions across approximately 40,000 luxury homes in Delhi-NCR. The collaboration, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will see GROHE products integrated into the developer’s upcoming luxury residential projects.
The agreement comes as India’s luxury housing market continues to evolve, with homebuyers placing greater emphasis on premium interiors, design quality and branded specifications. Bathrooms, once viewed as purely functional spaces, have become an increasingly important aspect of luxury home design, prompting developers to collaborate with global brands to enhance the overall living experience.
Gaurs Group, which has built a strong presence in the Delhi-NCR real estate market over the past three decades, said the partnership aligns with its strategy of strengthening its luxury housing portfolio through high-quality product specifications.
GROHE will supply a range of bathroom solutions, including faucets, showers and complete bathroom fittings, backed by its German engineering and internationally recognised design expertise. The collaboration will also include GROHE SPA, the company’s premium luxury collection, for select residences within Gaurs Group’s projects.

For GROHE, the agreement further strengthens its footprint in India’s premium residential market while expanding its partnerships with large-scale developers focused on luxury housing.
Gaurs Group has delivered more than 100 million square feet of real estate across residential, commercial, retail and integrated township developments, serving over three lakh customers.
