Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest software services company in India, announced on Monday that its consolidated net profit for the third quarter (Q3) that ended on December 31, 2022, increased by 11%.
A third interim dividend of Rs 8 and a special dividend of Rs 67 per equity share of Re 1 each have been approved by TCS’s board of directors.
In comparison to the profit of Rs 9,769 crore reported during the same quarter last year, the business reported a net profit of Rs 10,846 crore. On the BSE, TCS shares closed at Rs 3,319.7, an increase of 3.35 percent.
