    New Delhi | India

Pee Safe, one of India’s leading hygiene, feminine wellness, and personal care brands, has raised approximately ₹290 crore (US$ 32 million) in growth capital from OrbiMed, a globally renowned healthcare-focused investment firm. The investment marks a significant milestone in Pee Safe’s journey and serves as a strong validation of its mission-driven and disciplined approach to building a scalable, profitable consumer healthcare brand.

Founded in 2017 with a bold vision to break long-standing taboos around toilet hygiene, feminine care, and intimate wellness, Pee Safe entered a category that many believed had no market in India. Early skepticism around consumer acceptance, open conversations on feminine hygiene, and the feasibility of building a profitable hygiene brand posed constant challenges. However, the company remained steadfast in its commitment to dignity, safety, and innovation in everyday hygiene.

Over the years, Pee Safe has emerged as a category leader by focusing on quality, trust, and consumer education. The brand has successfully built a profitable business, crossing ₹150 crore in annualised net revenue, while steadily expanding beyond toilet hygiene into feminine care, personal care, and wellness segments.

Today, Pee Safe serves millions of consumers across India and more than 23 international markets. Its products are available through over 50,000 offline retail touchpoints, along with a strong presence across e-commerce platforms, quick commerce channels, and online marketplaces—making the brand widely accessible to urban and emerging consumers alike.

The strategic partnership with OrbiMed is expected to propel Pee Safe into its next phase of growth. Leveraging OrbiMed’s deep expertise in global consumer healthcare, the company plans to strengthen its offline retail footprint, invest further in brand building, and rapidly scale its presence across quick commerce and digital marketplaces.

This latest fundraise not only underscores investor confidence in Pee Safe’s business fundamentals but also highlights the growing importance of hygiene, feminine wellness, and preventive personal care in India’s evolving consumer landscape.

As Pee Safe continues to challenge norms and build solutions rooted in dignity and trust, the company remains focused on its core mission—making safe hygiene and wellness products accessible to every individual, every day.
