Flipkart Group on Monday announced a leadership change at Myntra, appointing Sharon Pais as the new head with immediate effect. She will report to Kalyan Krishnamurthy. The move follows the decision of outgoing CEO Nandita Sinha to step down.
Pais has previously led the fashion category at Flipkart and served as chief business officer at Myntra. She is known for her strong operational experience and deep understanding of the fashion business. Her appointment signals continuity in strategy as Myntra looks to sustain its growth momentum.
Transition and New Roles
The company said Nandita Sinha will support the transition over the next few months. Meanwhile, Kapil Thirani will lead Flipkart Fashion and report to Sakait Chaudhary. Flipkart also plans to initiate a search for a new leader for its marketplace business.

M Now is currently live in 10 cities and covers over 940 pin codes. It offers nearly 100,000 styles across more than 1,000 brands.
During Nandita Sinha’s tenure, Myntra reported its first profitable fiscal year. Profit surged 18 times to Rs 548 crore in FY25, up from Rs 30 crore in FY24. Revenue also rose 18% to Rs 6,042.7 crore, reflecting strong demand in the online fashion segment.
