India’s primary market is set for another busy week, with nine IPOs expected to hit the market and collectively raise around ₹7,100 crore. The lineup includes seven mainboard IPOs and two SME issues, extending the strong fundraising momentum seen in the Indian IPO market.

According to The Economic Times, the upcoming IPO rush follows an active previous week, when five mainboard IPOs and eight SME issues raised a combined ₹7,900 crore. The latest fundraising pipeline highlights continued appetite among companies to access public markets amid strong investor interest.

    IPO Market at a Glance

India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with nine IPOs targeting around ₹7,100 crore in total.

    • Total IPOs: 9 issues
    • Mainboard IPOs: 7 issues
    • SME IPOs: 2 issues
    • Total fundraising: Around ₹7,100 crore
    • Largest IPO: Horizon Industrial Parks – ₹2,600 crore
    • Second-largest IPO: Lalithaa Jewellery Mart – ₹1,700 crore
    • Other mainboard IPOs: Augmont Enterprises, Tempsens Instruments India, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures
    • Previous week’s fundraising: ₹7,900 crore through 5 mainboard and 8 SME IPOs

Horizon Industrial Parks, Lalithaa Jewellery Lead Mainboard IPOs

Horizon Industrial Parks will lead this week’s IPO fundraising with a planned issue size of ₹2,600 crore. The company’s offering represents the largest mainboard IPO among the scheduled issues.

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart follows with a ₹1,700-crore IPO. The jewellery retailer opened its issue for subscription on August 17, 2026, with a price band of ₹190–₹201 per share. The issue comprises a ₹1,200-crore fresh issue and a ₹500-crore offer for sale.

The remaining mainboard IPOs include Augmont Enterprises, Tempsens Instruments India, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures. The companies span sectors including jewellery, financial services, industrial products and entertainment, giving investors a diverse IPO pipeline to evaluate.

SME IPOs Add to This Week’s Fundraising Activity

The SME segment will also contribute to this week’s IPO activity, with Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution scheduled to raise capital.

The two SME issues are considerably smaller than the mainboard offerings, but they add to the overall number of new public issues entering the market. This continued activity shows that companies across different stages and sectors are using India’s equity markets to access growth capital.

The latest IPO rush comes after a strong year for the primary market. According to The Economic Times, 42 mainline companies had already raised ₹54,378 crore through IPOs this year before the latest round of offerings.

What This IPO Rush Means for Investors

The concentration of several IPOs in one week gives investors a wider selection but also requires them to compare companies carefully. Investors typically evaluate an IPO based on factors such as the company’s financial performance, valuation, use of proceeds, business model and industry outlook rather than relying only on market sentiment.

The National Stock Exchange also maintains an upcoming IPO information section covering recent and upcoming public issues.
