Canva has launched more than 100 new Visual Suite features since the start of 2026. The upgrades cover Docs, Presentations, Sheets, Whiteboards, Video, and Websites.
The company said that more than one billion designs are now created on Canva every month. Over 100 million people also use Canva Presentations each month. Meanwhile, Canva Docs adoption has more than tripled in the past three years.
Canva released the latest updates globally on September 4. The new tools aim to help people plan, create, analyse, and present work on one platform.
Canva Visual Suite Expands Workplace Productivity Features
Throughout 2026, Canva has added a Visual Suite upgrade nearly every other day. These updates include tools for visual documents, data analysis, presentations, brainstorming and video creation.
Nearly 1,000 Canva Docs are created every minute. The platform has now added full-page designs, automatic page breaks and more formatting styles. These features can help users create polished reports, proposals and briefs.
Canva Presentations remains the company’s fastest-growing design type. Users create nearly 3,000 presentations every minute. New features include an estimated presentation timer, one-click presenting, and automatically generated presenter notes.
More than 98% of Fortune 500 companies now use Canva, according to the company. Enterprise adoption has also more than doubled year over year.
Canva Sheets and Whiteboards Support Team Collaboration
The updated Canva Sheets offers more formatting and customisation controls. Its new AI tools can analyse data and turn it into charts and tables. Teams can then use this content in presentations and documents.
Public filters, hidden columns and grouped rows give users greater control over shared data. These tools can help teams show only the information relevant to each stakeholder.
Canva Whiteboards now offers smoother panning and mobile pasting. The Follow Collaborators feature lets users quickly see where another team member is working. One-click reactions also make feedback faster.
A team can convert a Whiteboard into a Presentation or Doc with one click. This allows ideas to move from brainstorming to execution without switching tools.

India Leads Canva Mobile Usage in South Asia
India leads Visual Suite mobile usage across South Asia. More than 70% of Canva users in India create content on their mobile phones.
Globally, over half of Visual Suite users work on mobile devices. Canva said mobile usage for Canva Websites is growing at the fastest rate.
Canva Websites now supports up to 20 sections. The company has also added SEO tools, domain controls and expanded button options. Nearly one million websites are published through Canva every month.
Cameron Adams, Canva Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, said Canva is becoming a widely used productivity platform.
“Today marks our 100th new feature launch this year alone,” Adams said. “We’re just getting started.”
The latest Canva Visual Suite upgrades are now available to users globally.
