Samsung is strengthening its enterprise business in India with a sharper focus on AI-powered and connected ecosystem solutions aimed at helping organisations modernise operations through integrated and secure technologies.

The company said it is expanding beyond its traditional device-centric approach to deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions that support intelligent, data-driven and adaptive work environments across industries.

Samsung’s Business Experience Studios (BES) in Gurugram and Mumbai are central to this strategy. The studios act as live demonstration platforms where enterprises can explore how Samsung’s ecosystem spanning devices, displays, mobility, AI platforms and Knox security can work together in real-world business environments.

“At Samsung, we believe the future of enterprise lies in AI-powered, connected ecosystems that move beyond standalone devices to intelligent, adaptive environments. Our strength as a technology company uniquely positions us to bring together hardware, software, platforms and security into a seamless, integrated framework,” said Puneet Sethi, Head, Enterprise Business, Samsung India.

According to the company, the BES facilities are designed to move conversations beyond individual products by demonstrating how connected ecosystems can improve efficiency, enable personalisation and support scalable digital transformation initiatives.

Samsung is showcasing sector-specific use cases across retail, banking and financial services, healthcare, education and hospitality. These include immersive customer engagement tools for retailers, secure interaction systems for financial institutions, connected healthcare environments and AI-enabled digital learning experiences.

The company also said the studios function as co-creation hubs where Samsung works alongside enterprise partners to build customised solutions tailored to specific operational requirements.

Samsung Eyes Long-Term Enterprise Growth in India

As Samsung completes 30 years in India, the company is increasingly positioning itself as a provider of integrated enterprise ecosystems by combining hardware, software, platforms and security into a single interoperable framework.

Samsung said it is actively working with enterprises across both private and public sector projects aligned with India’s wider digital transformation push while continuing to deepen its presence across multiple industry verticals.

With India emerging as a major market for digital adoption and innovation, Samsung said it remains committed to long-term growth in both consumer and enterprise businesses through advanced technologies, local innovation and ecosystem partnerships.
